    Chemistry and photophysics of low-molecular-weight and polymer-bound benzophenone, benzotriazole and triazine-based UV absorbers used for polymer stabilization was described in detail. Polymer-bound-stabilizers prepared by copolymerization have excellent physical persistence, their deactivation by discruption of the intramolecular hydrogen bond mechanism is strongly restricted.
