Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) films doped with derivatives of imidiazole with high dipole moments were prepared by spinning onto glass substrate. The films were provided with gold contacts on front and back side and their relative permittivity was determined from capacitance measured by standard LCRG capacitance meter 1 kHz frequency. The spatial distribution of the boron containing dopant was controlled using neutron depth profiling technique (NDP). It was found that the relative permittivity of the films increases with increasing dopant concentration and the permittivity of both, undoped and doped films is an increasing functionof the specimen temperature.
