    Theoretical model has been applied to predict OH radical damage to DNA unimolecular quadruplex. Good agreement between the calculated and experimental probabilities of FSB and ARB has been found.

    Teoretický model byl použit pro predikci poškození unimolekulárního kvadruplexu DNA hydroxylovými radikály. Byla zjištěna dobrá shoda mezi teoretickými a experimentálními pravděpodobnostmi FSB a ARB.
