Weak natural seismic activity is documented from the Opava area, northern part of the Moravian-Silesian region, Czech Republic. The new local stations (HRMC, ZLHC, ZARC) worked as self-contained instruments under the regime of triggered records were established. The last more important earthquakes occured in this region in February 20-21, 1999.
