Synthetic zeolite ZSM5 and its copper forms containing ethylenediamine have been investigated by X-ray powder difractometry, NMR and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopies CHN, EDS and thermal analyses. Copper cations exchanged into the channels of the zeolite formed coordination complexes with ethylenediamine. By different modes of preparation three Cu-en-ZSM5 products with different properties were obtained.
