    We investigate 2-fluid relaxation,Hermite tensor representations and energy dependent lattices.TLBM offers an algorithm that can in principle handle both the strongly collisional and weakly collisional regimes in tokamak divertors within its framework.The challenge is to introduce nonparallelizebale modifications to the simple TLBM algorithm so that it starts to resemble CFD.
