Experimentální stanovování únavových vlastností a získávání materiálových dat jsou nezbytné pro úspěšnou predikci únavové životnosti konstrukčních součástí. Čtenář v knize nalezne stručný přehled únavových charakteristik materiálů a únavových zkušebních strojů. Na praktických příkladech je ukázáno stanovení S-N křivky, Coffin-Mansonovy křivky, cyklické křivky napětí-deformace a cyklických creepových charakteristik. Experimental determination of fatigue properties and fatigue data acquisition are necessary prerequisites for effective prediction of fatigue lifetime of engineering components. The reader will find brief description of fatigue characteristics and fatigue testing machines. Determination of S-N and Coffin-Manson curves, cyclic stress-strain curve, crack propagation curve and cyclic creep characteristics is demonstrated on practical examples.
