Článek je věnován otázce porozumění matematice a užití metod rozvoje kritického. Metody vhodné pro jednotlivé fáze třífázového modelu procesu učení ( evokace - uvědoměmí si významu - reflexe ) jsou modifikovány pro vyučování geometrie.
The paper deals with the question of mathematics understanding and the use of methods of the development of critical thinking. Methods that are convenient for the phases of three-phase learning process ( evocation - sensing - reflexion ) are modified for the teaching of geometry.
