In an inbred subline of Sprague-Dawley rats having hight incidence of spontaneous T-cell lymphoma/leuakemia is reviewed (mostly CD4 positive). This unique model, relevant to human pathology, seems to very suitable for testing different anticancer therapeutic strategies.
