Recenze seznamuje s knihou, která novátorským způsobem zpracovává zapomenutý česko německý kontext Prahy první poloviny 19. století. Zejména vyzdvihuje zveřejnění obrazového materiálu k pražské výstavě 1824 a pasáže věnované tvorbě Josefa Berglera, k jehož výstavě byly texty původně připravovány.

The review deals with a book that has taken a novel approach to the forgotten Czech-German context of Prague of the first half of the 19th century. In particular, it highlights the publication of visuals sources for the Prague exhibition in 1824 and parts dealing with the work of Josef Bergler, for whose exhibition the texts were originally drafted.
