Capillary electrochromatography (CEC) in macroporous polyacrylamide columns and micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC) was used for the determination of several lignans - schizandrin, gomisin A, gomisin A and wuweizisu C, the major compunds of the Schisandra extracts. The results were compared.
