The profile consists of two parts. The Lower one represents lower part of huge stalagmite form. The overlying flowstone formation intercalated by red clays. The Character of speleothems, internal textures and structures and high porosity can indicate post-depositional corrosion of speleothems. Alternation of normal and reverse polarised magnetozones indicate, that the age of lower sequence is clearly older that Brunhes/Matuyama boundary (0.78 Ma), most probably older than 1.77 Ma. Upper sequence shows only normal polarisation of remanent magnetisation. The age of this part cannot be stated by palaeomagnetic method. The break between both sequences could be long-lasting and that the age of the fill could be very ancient, formed in the period of intensive block movements and rotations.
