Bilateral intracerebroventricular infusion of DL-HCA to 12-day-oldrats induced generalized clonic-tonic seizures, which could beattenuated or prevended by antagonists of both NMDA and non-NMDAreceptors. That may be of potential significante for a new approahto the treatment of epilepsy.
