    A new signaling pathway in the multiregulation of iodothyroninedeiodinases in astroglial cells was proved. It included the parti-cipation of endogenous purines (ATP, ADP? AMP, and adenosine), somesubtypes of P2 purinoceptors and A 2A adenosine receptor, andectonucleotidases metabolizing in situ extracellular ATP and ADTto AMP and adenosine.
