Strain sensors based on stress annealed Co₆₉Fe₂Cr₂Si₈B₁₄ amorphous magnetic ribbons were designe. fabricated, and evaluated. Their sensitivity is much more higher compared with resistance gauges, allowing low-price electronic portable equipment for outdoor measurements.
