    Provedeny experimentaľnyje i teoretičeskije issledovanija spektrov ljuminescencii i magnitnoj cirkuljarnoj poljarizacii ljuminesencii v spektralnoj oblasti izlučatelnogo 4D4-7F5 perechoda v ione Tb3+ v itrij-aljuminievom granate.

    Presented are results of the experimental and theoretical study of the luminescence spectra of the Tb3+ in ytriium aluminum garnet. Precise values of the low-energy CF levels within the 7F5 multiplet and the energy scheme od the magneto-optically active radiative transitions between the
    4D4 and
    7F5 multiplets have been determined.
