Glass optical raster based on Linear Fresnel lens is described. Direct solar radiation is concentrated into linear focus in which absorber is situated. Focused direct solar radiation heats water in tube in the absorber and water (surplus heat) is transported to heat exchanger. The collector with linear Fresnel lens provides soft light, prevents overheating of illuminated room by direct solar radiation and provides warm water for household. Practical use of such collector is demonstrated and data on energy efficiency are showed. The system was installed in a greenhouse, exhibition hall, winter garden, attics.
