In our study, Hl-60 cells differentiated into neutrophil-like or monocyte-like cells were used. The total ROS production was measured using luminol-enhanced chemiluminescence. Intracellular production of ROS was determinated by flow cytometric analysis using dichlorofluorescein diacetate, dihydrorhodamine, and hydroethidine. MPO activity was detected spectrophotometrically using o-dianisidine, and by the CL method based on bromide-dependent CL
