    We developed a model of electron acceleration by a wavy shock. Electrons are accelerated by the drift mechanism in the shock layer. Under simplifying assumptions it is possible to obtain an analytical solution of electron motion in the wavy shock front. The calculation show that electrons are rarely, reflected more than once at the wave shock front and that their final energy is mostly 1-3 times the initial one.
