Článek pojednává o založení peněžní instituce čsl. armády na Sibiři, o její činnosti v Irkutsku a Vladivostoku do 1. pol. r. 1920. Zvýrazněn je oddíl pojednávající o podpisu akcií na Sibiři. Druhá část článku se zabývá vnitřní strukturou Legiobanky, úvěrovou politikou a zakládající činností do r. 1925. Legiobanka je charakterizována jako exponent vlády ČSR.

The article is dealing with the foundation of the financial institution of Czechoslovak army in Siberia and with its activity in Irkutsk and Vladivostok up to 1920 year's first half. Emphasized is the section which discoursed about the shares' subscription in Siberia. The second part deals about the internal structure of Legiobank, the credit policy and the founding activity up to 1925. Legiobank is characterized like an exponent of CSR government.
