In our laboratory we have generated monoclonal antibody Hs-AKAP against the C-terminus of a family of sperm AKAPs (AKAP4, AKAP3 and AKAP220). During capacitation we found AKAPs uniquely in the equatorial subdomain of the boar sperm head. AKAPs and phosphotyrosine or class III β-tubulin colocalized in this triangular part of the equatorial subdomain

V naší laboratoři jsme připravili monoklonální protilátky Hs-AKAP proti C konci rodiny spermatických AKAP (AKAP4, AKAP3 a AKAP220). Během kapacitace jsme nalezli AKAP pouze v ekvatoriální poddoméně hlavičky kančích spermií. AKAP a fosfotyrozin 3. třídy β-tubulin se nalézaly na stejných místech této trojúhelníkové části ekvatoriální poddomény
