In our laboratory we have generated monoclonal antibody Hs-AKAP against the C-terminus of a family of sperm AKAPs (AKAP4, AKAP3 and AKAP220). During capacitation we found AKAPs uniquely in the triangular part of the equatorial subdomain of the boar sperm head. Our results also sugest that sperm AKAPs are tyrosine phosphorylated in the equatorial subdomain and in complexes with the cytoskeleton during capacitation and hyperactivation

V naší laboratoři jsme připravili monoklonální protilátky Hs-AKAP proti C konci rodiny spermatických AKAP (AKAP4, AKAP3 a AKAP220). Během kapacitace jsme našli AKAP pouze v trojúhelníkové části ekvatoriální poddomény hlavičky kančích spermií. Z našich výsledků také vyplývá, že spermatické AKAP jsou během kapacitace a hyperaktivace fosforylovány na tyrozinu v ekvatoriální poddoméně a v komplexech s cytoskeletem
