Cell-to-cell interaction is critical for the implantation. Four monoclonal antibodies against the surface of trophoblastic cells were prepared. MoAbs were used for detection of antigens on placenta. The expression of the antigen was typical for abnormal placenta and is connected with differentiation of the cytotrophoblast
Vzájemné reakce buněk jsou klíčové pro implantaci. Byly připraveny čtyři monoklonální protilátky proti povrchu buněk trofoblastu, které byly využity k detekci antigenů na placentě. Exprese antigenu byla typická pro abnormální placentu a je spojena s diferenciací cytotrofoblastu
