Studies aimed at the influence of smoking on reproductive functions have found out fertility disorders in smokers occuring at any stage of reproductive processes. In our experiments the role of cadmium, nicotine and anabasine was investigated in the expansion of oocyte-cumulus complexes isolated from large antral porcine follicles.
Poruchy plodnosti , kterých příčinou je kouření a ke kterým dochází ve všech stádiích reprodukčního procesu ,nás motivovali k této práci. Našim cílem bylo zjistit jakou roli hraje kadmium, nikotin a anabazin v procese expanze u oocyt-kumularnich komplexu izolovaných z antralních folikulu prasat.
