Vectors for rhodococci, based on plasmids from corynebacteria, were constructed. They are used for gene cloning and analysis of gene expression in phenol-degrading rhodococci.
Na bázi plasmidů z korynebakterií byly zkonstruovány vektory pro rhodokoky. Tyto vektory jsou používany pro klonovaní genů a pro studium jejich exprese u rhodokoků degradujících fenol.
