We found that partial sequence of calreticulin in Eisenia fetida earthworms displays high homology with calreticulins of protostomian invertebrates. Calreticulin was evidenced on transversal sections by immunohistochemistry.
Zjistili jsme, že částečná sekvence kalretikulinu u žížal Eisenia fetida vykazuje vysokou homologii s kalretikulinem prvoústých bezobratlých. Kalretikulin byl prokázán imunohistochemicky na příčných řezech.
