Nowadays, the future development of industrial robots machine tools requires change and improvement in their control. It means replacement of traditional control (e.g. NC systems, PID/PSD structures). General approaches provide control of the tool drives as separate units only, but not solve the control from view of the whole machine system. This contribution introduces various utilization (not only control tasks) of model-based predictive control: steady state error solution, trajectory planning etc.

V současné době budoucí vývoj průmyslových robotů vyžaduje změnu a zlepšování v jejich řízení. To znamená náhradu tradičního řízení (např. NC sytémů, PID/PSD struktur). Obecné přístupy zajišťují řízení pohonů strojů jen jako samostatných jednotek, ale neřeší řízení z pohledu celého systému stroje. Tento příspěvek představuje rozličné použítí (nejen úlohy řízení) modelově orientovaného prediktivního řízení: řešení trvalé regulční odchylky, plánování trajektorií atd
