Temperature dependencies of direct electrical conductivity, together with temperature and frequency dependencies of complex permitivity and complex electrical modulus have been measured in Ge_0.2Se_0.8-xTe_x base glases and those dope with Pr and Er.

Byly studovány teplotní závislosti stejnosměrné elektrické vodivosti, spolu s teplotními a frekvenčními závislostmi komplexní permitivity a komplexního elektrického modulu na skelných systémech Ge_0.2Se_0.8-xTe_xdotovaných Pr a Er.
