Infinite impluse response periodic transmission filters based on superimposed chirped fiber Bragg gratings cascades with finite impluse response periodic filters, basen on all-fiber Mach-Zehnder filters, are designed and experimantally demonstrated to have flat amplitude rsponses and nearly constant in-band group delays.
