The work and activities of Oswald Croll (1560 - 1608), a physician, alchemist, philosopher and diplomat, are closely linked to the Czech environment, wherein he was part of the cultural and political circle of Rudolphine Prague. His work Basilica chymica (1609) was written here as the basis of a new science - medicinal chemistry
Dílo a činnost Oswalda Crolla (1560-1608), lékaře, alchymisty, filosofa a diplomata, jsou těsně spojeny s českým prostředím, kde patřil ke kulturnímu a politickému okruhu rudolfínské Prahy. Zde také vzniklo jeho dílo Basilica chymica (1609) jako základ nové vědy - lékařské chemie
