The analysis shows that severe maldistribution may occur especially in region close to the grid and in cases of increased viscosity with possible changes of the character of bubble size distribution. On the other hand, the results show that present CFD models present limited capabilities of describing the real profiles. The results confirm the demand for improved modeling including more accurate and stable numerical solution algorithms.

Analýza ukazuje, že silně nerovnoměrné rozdělení plynu se může vyskytovat zvláště v oblasti blízko rozdělovacího patra a v případech zvýšené viskozity s možnými změnami charakteru rozdělení velikosti bublin. Na druhé straně výsledky ukazují, že nynější CFD modely vykazují malou schopnost popsání reálných profilů. Výsledky potvrzují požadavek na zdokonalení modelování zahrnující přesnější a stabilnější algoritmy numerického řešení.
