Tradiční role ženy je vychovatelka a hospodyňka. Tradiční role muže je tvůrce společnosti a živitel rodiny. Moderní společnost však počítá se ženou také jako s pracovní sílou. V textu jsou prezentovány základní výsledky výzkumného projektu, který byl zaměřen na komparaci názorů dvou generací mužů a žen na role mužů a žen ve společnosti.

The traditional role of the woman is caretaker and housekeeper. The traditional role of the man is society-idea-maker and breadwinner. In the paper, we present first results of a sociological survey, which compared opinions on roles of men and women from the perspective of two generations of men and women.
