The horizontally homogeneous atmospheric boundary layer over rough surface with large roughness length z0 is introduced to model the simplest cases of the Urban Planetary Boundary Layer over the flat plain.

Je zaveden jednoduchý model mezní vrstvy atmosféry nad drsným povrchem s velkou hodnotou parametru drsnosti z0 s cílem simulovat jednoduchý případ planetární mezní vrstvy nad horizontálně homogenní městskou zástavbou.
