An attempt was made to generate a MS/MS spectral library on condition that the spectra are transferrable among various instruments and different types of mass analyzers. The set of more than 30 organic dyes with sulphonic acid groups and other funcionalities were selected for the initial part of an inter-laboratory comparison of MS/MS spectra

Byl učiněn pokus vytvořit knihovnu dceřinných spekter (MS/MS) za podmínek přenositelnosti mezi různými přístroji a různými typy hmotnostních analyzátorů. Sada více než 30 barviv se sulfonovou skupinou a dalšími funkčními skupinami byla vybrána pro úvodní část mezilaboratorního srovnání dceřinných spekter (MS/MS)
