Kolokvium bylo věnováno diskusi o trendech, problémech a aktérech sociálního a politického rozvoje obcí, měst a regionů v České republice. Přednesené příspěvky se soustředily na změny, ke kterým došlo v posledních 15 letech, v období po pádu komunistické vlády.

Colloquium dealt with trends, problems and actors of social and political development of municipalities, cities and regions in the Czech Republic. The presented papers and presentations concentrated on the changes that were observed during the last 15 years of post-Communist development.
