The author discusses the Procedural Rules of the Court of Arbitration of the Economic Chamber and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic which is the only statutory court of arbitration of general competence in the Czech Republic. In the first part the recalls Viktor Knapp who afforded attention also to unwanted consequences of legislative solutions.
