Simple and facile technique for elicitation of intact plants by direct spraying was developed. Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench was used as model plant in exact field experiment. The abiotic stress was inducted using spray of salicylic acid derivatives and Ti(IV) ascorbate complex.

Byla vyvinuta jednoduchá a výmluvná metoda stimulace nenarušených rostlin přímým sprchováním. Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench byla využita jako modelová rostlina pro polní experimenty. Abiotický stres byl uveden sprškou derivátů salicylové kyseliny a tatiničitých askorbátových komplexů.
