Magnetic films were prepared by pulsed laser ablation of amorphous magnetic ribbons and permaloy foils. Films were analyzed by SEM, XRD, RBS, EDS and ferromagnetic resonance. From RBS and EDS measurements it follows that the stochiometry of the targets is preserved on the films to a large extent, from FMR studies it follows that Fe and Fe-Ni rich films exhibit properties close to those of bulk alloys

Magnetické vrstvy byly připraveny pulsní excimerovou laserovou depozicí z amorfních magnetických pásků a permalloyových fólií. Filmy byly analyzovány metodami SEM, XRD, RBS, EDS a feromagnetické rezonance. Z měření RBS a EDS vyplývá, že stochiometrie targetu je do velké části zachována ve vrstvách, feromagnetická rezonance ukazuje na vlastnosti filmů blízké masivnímu materiálu
