The regioselctivity of beta-GlcNAc transfer to the acceptors having a galacto- configuration was tested with the set of fungal beta-N-acetylhexosaminidases. Two non-reducing trisaccharides and one disaccharide were prepared. GalNAc yielded the 1-6 disaccharide only.

Regioselektivita přenosu beta-GlcNAc na akceptory s galakto-konfigurací byla testovánna u souboru houbových beta-N-acetylhexosaminidáz. Byly připraveny dva neredukující trisacharidy a jeden disacharid. Samotný GalNAcposkytuje pouze 1-6 disacharid.
