We have shown that microbial stimulation of earthworms leads to up-regulation of a pattern recognition molecule CCF. Expression of antibacterial fetidin is not affected.
Prokázali jsme, že po mikrobiální stimulaci žížal se zvyšuje exprese receptoru pro rozpoznávací vzory CCF. Exprese antibakteriálního fetidinu nebyla ovlivněna.
