Here we show that trafficking of membrane proteins is strongly affected by the lipid composition of the plasma membrane in S.cerevisiae.

Ukázali jsme, že složení lipidové složky plazmatické membrány kvasinky S.cerevisiae silně ovlivňuje transport a umisťování membránových proteinů.
