In this Comment we point out that the semi-Poisson is well suited only as a reference point for the so-called "intermediate statistics", which cannot be interpreted as a universal ensamble, like the Gaissian orthogonal ensamble or the Poissonian statistics

Ukazujeme, že tak zvaná semi-Poissonovská statistika nemůže být považována za univerzální rozdělení ve stejném smyslu, jako statistika Poissonovská anebo statistika na základě Gaussovského ortogonálního souboru
