Publikace Transformace: gender, věda a společnost se věnuje postavení žen ve vědě v ČR od 19. století do současnosti. Navazuje na zjištění expertní skupiny Enwise Evropské komise z roku 2004. Zpráva dokumentuje změny, ke kterým dochází v souvislosti s nástupem žen do vědecké profese, analyzuje specifika genderového kontraktu v post-komunistických zemích, věnuje se změnám, ke kterým došlo v souvislosti se vstupem do Evropského výzkumného prostoru, a opatřením přijímaným v ČR.

The publication Trans/formation: gender, science and society explores the issue of women in science in the CR from the 19th century to the present. It builds on the findings of EC’s Enwise expert group from 2004. The publication documents changes related to the influx of women to the research profession, analyses the specificities of the gender contract in post-communist countries, examines changes related to the accession to the European Research Area and equal opportunities measures adopted in the CR.
