Some basic properties of regularly varying sequences are presented here and applied to the study of the asymptotic behavior of decreasing solutions of half-linear difference equations. Relations with the classification of nonoscillatory solutions and with the notion of recessive solutions are also discussed.
Nejprve jsou odvozeny některé základní vlastnosti regulárně se měnících posloupností a tyto jsou potom aplikovány při studiu asymptotických vlastností klesajících řešení pololineárních diferenčních rovnic. Rovněž jsou diskutovány vztahy se standardní klasifikací neoscilatorických řašení a s tzv. recesivními řešeními.
