The contribution presents the results of x-ray diffraction analysis of both the macroscopic and microscopic residual stresses in burnished surface layers of five different steels. These results are compared with results of measurements of the microhardness and tensile tests.
Příspěvek obsahuje výsledky rtg difrakční analýzy gradientů zbytkových makroskopických a mikroskopických napětí v povrchových vrstvách leštěných vzorků pěti typů ocelí. Tyto výsledky jsou porovnány s výsledky měření mikrotvrdosti a tahových zkoušek.
