The workshop included lectures on various aspects of the regulation of gene expression such as regulation of transcription, chromatin and cell nucleus structure, RNA interference, RNA processing, translation and posttranslational modifications. Regulation of gene expression during embryonic development and relation to the cell signalling was also discussed.
Workshop zahrnoval přenášky zvaných řečníků na témata různých aspektů regulace genové exprese, tj. regulace transkripce, struktura chromatinu a buněčného jádra, RNA interference, úpravy RNA, translace a posttranslační úpravy. Dále byla diskutována regulace genové exprese během embryonálního vývoje a vztah k buněčné signalizaci.
