Studium křehké tektoniky bylo provedeno v lomech na krystalický vápenec a žulu v okolí vesnice Vápená v Rychlebských horách. Tyto lomy se nacházejí v blízkosti sudetského okrajového zlomu – významné tektonické struktury v této oblasti.

Study of the brittle tectonics has been performed in crystalline limestone and granite quarries near Vápenná village in the Rychlebské Mountains. The quarries are situated in the surroundings of the Sudetic Marginal fault zone - the important tectonic structure of the area.
