Tato kapitola se zabývá možnostmi vymezení údolní nivy v povodí Blanice v prostředí GIS na základě DMR. Morfologie údolí je hodnocena pomocí několika indexů. Výsledky vymezení jsou srovnány s výsledky mapování.
The chapter deals with possibilities of the delineation of the floodplain in GIS environment on the model catchment of Blanice on the basis of DEM. The morphology of the valley is evaluated and described using various indices. Results of delineation are compard to the results of the mapping.
