A new very advanced programme SIFEL (developed for British nuclear plants) has appeared itself very suitable also for geotechnical tasks and has been used. The programme can solve a considerably complex non-linear behaviour of numerical models. The results of the analysis of a real rock mass and some following conclusions are presented.

Nový velmi pokročilý program SIFEL (vyvinut pro britské jaderné elektrárny) se ukázal velmi vhodný pro geotechnické úlohy Program numericky řeší složité nelineární chování zrnitých těles. Jsou předloženy výsledky srovnávací analýzy skutečného skalního tělesa a závěry.
