Cholesterol depletion increased membrane muscarinic M2 receptor density, efficacy of carbachol in inhibitig (Gi/o) and in stimulating cAMP (Gs) synthesis but decreased its efficacy in stimulating IP accumulation (Gq/11)
Snížení obsahu cholesterolu v membráně zvyšuje hustotu muskarinových receptorů, zvyšuje účinnost karbacholu při inhibici(Gi/o) a stimulaci syntesy cAMP(Gs), ale snižuje jeho účinnost při syntese inositol fosfátů(Gq/11)
